These terms apply to Kelpy: Book Tracker. On iOS, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app. Store purchases are subject to the applicable Apple or Google store terms. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not limited by these terms.
Using Kelpy
Kelpy is for tracking your own reading. You are responsible for the content you add and for respecting the rights of authors, publishers and other people when you copy or share material. You keep ownership of your own content. Kelpy does not require an account and does not publish your library.
Free features and Pro
Tracking unlimited books, basic statistics, goals, quotes, import, export, backup and the home screen widget are free. Pro adds advanced statistics, accent colors and special app icons. Pro is optional and offers a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The store shows the price in your currency before you confirm payment. Lifetime means access to Pro in Kelpy without a recurring subscription; it does not promise future products or services.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
The yearly plan renews automatically unless you cancel it through your App Store or Google Play account. Follow the cancellation deadline shown by your store. Cancelling renewal normally keeps access until the paid period ends. Refund requests are handled by the store under its policies and applicable law. A refunded, revoked or expired purchase can remove Pro access; your reading records remain available. Use Restore purchases with the same store account to recover eligible purchases. Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google store accounts.
Your data and backups
Your reading data is stored locally. Keep an exported backup outside the app before removing the app, changing devices or replacing data with a restore. Local safety copies are stored inside the app and are not a substitute for an external backup. Files you share may contain personal content. The Privacy Policy explains local storage, online book searches, permissions and sharing.
Availability and changes
Online search, cover downloads and purchases depend on third-party services and network availability. Book metadata may be incomplete or inaccurate; you can edit your book records. Features may change with app updates. These terms will be updated when necessary, with the date shown above.
